Yes! When you purchase an ebook, you'll get an email from BookFunnel with a link to download the book in whichever format you like (such as an epub or pdf), or send the ebook directly to your e-reader (If you can't find the email, check your spam folder.) All your books will be stored in your library at https://My.BookFunnel.com.
Book Funnel can also help with tech support if you have difficulty downloading any of your ebooks. All you have to do is click the help link at the top of the page or email them and they'll help you sort it out!
Audiobooks are also delivered using BookFunnel, and you can choose whether to download an MP3 or listen in the BookFunnel app.
Ah, a more difficult question. The current answer is, "it depends".
For preorders, which are all signed, the books have to come to me first, and then I will ship them out to you.
After the book has been released, your paperback order will be fulfilled by Amazon, while the Hardcovers will still have to go through me. I am currently looking for other options to get them into your hands as soon as possible!
If you buy directly from my store, I'll get paid right away, and I'll get to keep 95% of the list price (instead of 35-70%, which is standard for retailers). As a bonus, buying directly from the author decreases our dependence on the big retail stores, and we can offer deeper discounts because there isn't a middleman taking a cut.
